Take a look at these Boy Scouts.

These guys spent their Saturday morning at the mission helping a crew from Urban Contractors complete a shelter outside the entrance to Cross & Crown.

This awesome project will help these guys toward qualifying for an Eagle Scout.

That's community service where it makes a difference. In the hot summer or the frigid winter, this structure, when completed, will provide shelter from the elements as those who come to the mission for prayer and services. Most days, the queue begins several hours before 11:00 a.m. when the mission opens.
